Meet Enlyt

Mike Radel

CEO · Business Development
Mike has been building connected spaces with Enlyt since 2002—starting as a project implementation specialist alongside developers, architects and subcontractors. An early pioneer of smart real estate in Chicago's West Loop and North Shore, he has since led Life Fitness's Internet of Fitness R&D lab, the managed smart-hotel delivery for Meliá ME Miami, and a smart-park youth sports complex outside Atlanta. DePaul alum.

TJ Travelbee

COO · Innovation
TJ builds the AI and automation layer that runs Enlyt—estimating, proposals, AIA pay apps, change orders and Autodesk Construction Cloud integrations. Since standing up Enlyt's AI stack, core workflow cycle times are down 50–90%. Before Enlyt: Partner at IBM iX, Head of Services at MicroStrategy, and Head of Innovation at Brunswick/Life Fitness. Based in Traverse City, MI.

Mark Hahs

CTO · Systems
Mark has been part of Enlyt since 2013, pairing technical depth with business-development instinct. A digital pioneer, he founded OnlineLabs—one of LA's first internet agencies—in 1994, then grew TRUE Interactive into a 50-person studio. Three decades of strategy and technology for Motorola, Disney, Coca-Cola, Microsoft and Life Fitness, plus CTO and co-founder roles at VentureDNA, O2Ware and KarChing.

Field & delivery

Mo Nomi

Field Operations
Twenty years of hands-on low-voltage design, programming and installation. Mo started as lead technician at Chicago's Concepts in Sound—automation, AV, networking, access, Lutron lighting and shades—then, from 2015, ran Security Innovations, commissioning CCTV, access control and Control4 systems for high-rises, restaurants and private clients. Control4-certified, NCCER Levels 1–3.

Richard Cross

Network Engineering
Richard designs the networks for Enlyt's new-construction projects—and built the platforms behind them: the ticketing and project portal for Enlyt's internet service, single sign-on and role-based access for the customer portal, and Enlyt's AI-assisted bidding. 25 years in infrastructure and reliability, including VP of Software Engineering at Bank of America, DevOps lead for HERE Technologies' self-driving cloud services, and Head of Cybersecurity at OnSite Partners / AEP Energy.

Ramsey Gouda

Technician
Two decades of wireless, mobile and media entrepreneurship. Ramsey started in carrier sales at Defacto Wireless, founded Wi-Fi and location-services consultancy Metasphere Technologies, launched live social-activation platform Facebooth.TV, and helped run Snap's pre-IPO Spectacles rollout. Since 2018 he has led KarChing, the telematics platform that rewards teen drivers for staying off their phones. Owner of River North's Jetrock Media Studios for 25+ years.

William “Bill” Murray

Technician
A physicist's rigor and 25+ years of software leadership. Bill began as a research scientist on the ZEUS particle-physics experiment at DESY in Hamburg—one of 24 shift leaders running a $100M+ detector for a 400-plus-member international collaboration. He moved into software writing database search algorithms, has co-owned emailXL.com since 2002, and served as CTO of health-tech startups HealthCodex and EyeCodex.

Earl Gero

Technician
25+ years of software engineering, built on experimental physics. Earl began in research at the University of Michigan, then joined Italy's Frascati National Laboratories as a research associate. He moved into industry in 1997 as a programmer at Analytic Innovations and, since 2007, has led software development as Chief Programmer at emailXL.com.

Doug Chapin

Technician
Two decades of data, analytics and IT leadership on an experimental-physics foundation. After graduate research with UW–Madison—nearly five years in Hamburg—and four years as a research scientist with Brown, Doug spent almost a decade at Bank of America, rising from incident and change management to infrastructure delivery and business intelligence. He then directed information management at Acelity and led data and analytics at 3M and Solventum.
