The beginning of the lifecycle

Design. Install.
Integrate. Commission

Four disciplines, one accountable team. When the same partner draws it, builds it, and connects it, the seams where projects usually fail simply disappear—and the team that builds it is ready to operate it

Division 27/28

Design + Engineering

Coordinated low-voltage design that survives contact with the field. We model pathways, loads, and terminations up front, so nothing gets value-engineered into a problem later

✓
Heat & bandwidth load planning
✓
BIM / Revit coordination
✓
Code & AIA standard compliance
BICSI-grade

Hardware Installation

Certified technicians installing cabling, devices, and racks to spec—labeled, tested, and documented. Every drop is certified and every rack is inspection-ready

Systems Integration

We make access control, video, network, and building automation behave like one system—commissioned, documented, and monitorable from a single dashboard

✓
Access control + video unification
✓
Network & VLAN architecture
✓
Building automation tie-ins
✓
Single dashboard & alerts
✓

Common questions

What we said explained

Do you really do design and installation in-house?+

Yes. Our engineers produce the Division 27/28 package and our certified technicians install it. Because the designer and installer answer to the same PM, RFIs get resolved in hours, not weeks

Can you integrate systems we already own?+

Almost always. We assess the existing controllers, panels, and network, then unify what we can and recommend targeted replacements only where a system can't be brought onto the platform

How do you hand a project off to our operators?+

Every project closes with accurate as-builts, labeled infrastructure, a training session for your building engineers, and optional 24/7 remote monitoring so issues are caught before tenants notice

What standards do you build to?+

We design and document to applicable AIA, BICSI, NEC, and manufacturer standards, and coordinate with the GC's overall schedule and the architect's intent throughout
